Refund, Cancellation, and Transfer Policy for Camper Registrations. The items below must
be agreed to prior to camper registration.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
In the event you cancel your registration, you will receive a
refund as described below:

Cancellation notice must be submitted in writing via email or U.S.
Mail.
*
A $8.00 fee will be deducted from refund for processing.
*
Refund will be issued by Sunset Bible Camp Check via U.S. Mail.
*
Cancellations received within two weeks of camp start forfeit full
price.
*
Campers who leave during a session WILL NOT receive a refund.
Transfer Requests
Transfers are NOT PERMITTED due to limitations of the online registration system.

Deposit will only be refunded if Event is cancelled 30 days before event date.
*
Cancellations received within 30 days of event start forfeit full
deposit.
*
Refund will be issued by Sunset Bible Camp Check via U.S. Mail.
*
Inclement weather is not cause for refund of deposit or rental fees.
*
Damage deposit will be refunded upon inspection of facilities at the end of the event.
