The Board of Trustees of Sunset Bible Camp has instituted a new policy regarding sponsors/volunteers at camp.
To ensure the safety of our children every adult sponsor or volunteer must agree to submit to a background check.
Because of this extra expense, we are asking for $10 to complete the background check.
Sunset Bible Camp will continue to provide our sponsors and volunteers housing and meals at no cost.
Thank you for your investment of time in the children that attend Sunset Bible Camp each summer.
Before you proceed with your Sponsor Registration, please read the following Sunset Bible Camp Terms & Policies carefully.
You must be 18 years old or older to complete this form.
This form must be completed by parent or guardian if attendee is less than 18 years old.

Terms & Policies
Photo/Video/Film Release
When registering at Sunset Bible Camp, you are authorizing
Sunset Bible Camp the use and reproduction of any and all
photographs, video or film taken of the person whose record you are
updating during program activities. There will be no compensation to
you. All negatives and positives, together with said prints, video
or film are the Property of Sunset Bible Camp, solely and
completely. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any
photo, video or film taken during your visit. I affirmatively
release and discharge Sunset Bible Camp from any responsibility for
any distortion or manipulation, whether intentional or otherwise, of
photos, video or film taken of me.
Other Terms
I will not hold Sunset Bible Camp responsible for any accident that might befall me which is caused by my disobedience or negligence.
I hereby authorize treatment for myself while at camp by any doctor, nurse, or hospital as deemed necessary by camp authorities in the event of an accident, injury, or illness.
I will obey all camp rules and regulations and dress modestly.

Sponsor Registration charges are NON-REFUNDABLE!
